This database is maintained by the Bureau of Glottal Affairs, UCLA's voice laboratory. It includes references to scholarly work in many areas of voice quality research, including perception of vocal quality, speaker recognition by listening, acoustic, aerodynamic, and stroboscopic analysis of voice, anatomy and physiology of the larynx and vocal tract, speech breathing, acoustic and physical source and vocal tract modeling, voice synthesis, clinical assessment of voice, phonosurgery, judgment of personal attributes and emotional state from voice, and so on. Every effort has been made to ensure comprehensiveness and accuracy, but mistakes and omissions persist.
