David Zingmond, MD, PhD (Associate Director)

Dr. Zingmond is the Associate Director of the Center for Surgical Outcomes and Quality. He obtained his medical degree from Stanford and his PhD at UCLA in Health Services. He is an internist in the General Internal Medicine Division at UCLA. He is an NIH funded investigator and a premier researcher using administrative databases. He co-directs all projects that use administrative data in the Center.
