Robert Brook, MD, ScD
Robert Brook, MD, ScD is Vice President of RAND, Director of RAND Health, and Professor in the Schools of Medicine and Public Health at UCLA. He
received his M.D. from the Johns Hopkins Medical School and Sc.D. from the Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health.
Dr. Brook is an
international leader in quality assessment; health status measurements in health policy; and the efficiency and effectiveness of medical care. Dr.
Brook is the author of over 250 articles on quality of care.
